I'm Raşit Akgül, an astrologer. I built this site and its calculation engine myself, to bring classical astrology within everyone's reach; every tool here is free and will stay free. Below, for those who want more than a tool, are the studies I prepare by hand, on order, reading your chart from beginning to end.

Natal Reading

As someone who has worked with classical astrology for years, I read your birth chart myself and write an interpretation under six headings: Character, Career, Love, Money, Psychology, Temperament. For every finding I also write where in your chart it rests; the result is a more illuminating text, one that lets you come to know yourself and learn astrology in more depth at the same time. I use no ready-made text and no software output; I prepare the study myself, with care, and send it to you.

Electional Study

If an important beginning lies ahead, a signing, an opening, a move or a launch, I examine the sky myself with classical electional astrology and find the date and time windows that best suit your purpose. I also write why each window was chosen, so that you receive not just a date but the astrological reasoning behind it. I use no ready-made calendar and no software output; I prepare the study for your purpose myself and send it to you.

Synastry + Composite

I read the two charts against each other myself: first the aspects between them one by one, then the composite chart, which brings out the character of the relationship itself. I write the strengths of the relationship and the points where it struggles, each with its basis in the charts, so that while you come to know your relationship better you also see how a synastry is read. I use no ready-made text and no software output; I prepare the study myself, specifically for the two charts, and send it to you.

Birth Time Rectification

If you don't know your birth time, or can't be sure of it, I narrow the likely window myself, step by step, starting from the important events of your life. For this work I use a dedicated program I coded entirely myself on top of Swiss Ephemeris; it scans every minute of the candidate window quickly against events spread across years, and I weigh the results with an astrologer's eye. I write the window I arrive at together with the reasoning that led to it, so that you know not only which hour your chart rests on but why. I prepare the study from your events alone, with care, and send it to you.
