How refunds work on AstroAk.

AstroAk is a free community platform. The website does not process any payments, and there is therefore no refund process tied to your use of astroak.com. Specialised paid services delivered outside the website (birth time rectification, personal consultation) are governed by their own separate agreements and refund terms, which are presented to you before you commit to such a service.

1. The Website Is Free
AstroAk is provided free of charge. Every feature on the website is open to signed-in users with no conditions. No fee, in-app purchase, or subscription is charged on astroak.com.
Because the website does not collect any payment from you, there is no on-site transaction to refund.
2. Paid Services Are Handled Off-Site
Two specialised services remain paid and are handled outside the website: (a) birth time rectification, and (b) personal consultation with Rasit Akgul. These services are arranged through direct contact (email or bank transfer / Wise), under a separate written agreement.
Pricing, scope of work, delivery timeline, and refund conditions for these services are stated in the service-specific agreement you receive before payment. Those terms govern any refund request related to that specific engagement.
3. How to Reach Us
For questions about an off-site paid service refund, or any other matter, write to support@astroak.com with the relevant context (service name, date of payment, transaction reference where available). We typically respond within 24 to 48 business hours.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes are announced on this page and reflected in the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
