How refunds work on AstroAk.
This document is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
AstroAk is free. Every calculator, every module, every written report and every article costs nothing; the website takes no payments and has nothing for sale, so no charge can arise here and there is nothing here to refund. The four hand-written readings by Raşit Akgül, the natal reading, the synastry reading, the electional study and the birth-time rectification, are sold in his Etsy shop, outside this website. A purchase there follows Etsy's terms, the shop's policies and Etsy's refund rules.

1. The Website Is Free
The whole of AstroAk is free. Every calculator, every module, every written report and every article is open to you with no fee, no subscription and no condition; nothing on the site is held back behind a payment.
The website takes no payments and has nothing for you to buy, so using it cannot give rise to a charge and there is nothing here for you to be refunded. If you believe you have been charged for anything on AstroAk, write to support@astroak.com and we will look into it straight away.
2. Personal Readings, Sold on Etsy
Four pieces of work do cost money, and none of them is a feature of this website: the natal reading, the synastry reading, the electional study and the birth-time rectification. Each is human work, written by hand by Raşit Akgül, and each is offered as a listing in his Etsy shop. The services page on this site only describes them and links there; nothing is sold, charged for or delivered through AstroAk itself.
Ordering, payment, delivery and any refund or cancellation are handled on Etsy, under Etsy's terms, the policies listed on the shop and Etsy's buyer protection. If you have a question about an order, use the conversation attached to that order on Etsy rather than this website.
3. How to Reach Us
For anything on this page, or any other matter concerning the website, write to support@astroak.com with the relevant context, such as what you were doing and the date. We typically respond within 24 to 48 business hours. For a reading bought on Etsy, use the Etsy order conversation instead.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes are announced on this page and reflected in the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
