Delete Your Account

You can delete your AstroAk account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app. This page explains how, and how to request deletion if you can no longer sign in.

Delete your account in the app

  1. 1Sign in to your AstroAk account.
  2. 2Open your Account page.
  3. 3Select “Delete account”.
  4. 4Type the confirmation word (DELETE) and confirm.
  5. 5Your account and all your data are permanently deleted right away.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your saved birth data and charts, your generated reports, and all other personal data associated with your account. This action cannot be undone.

Can’t sign in? Request deletion

If you cannot access your account, email us at privacy@astroak.com from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify and delete your account and data within 30 days.

You do not need an account to use the free birth chart. Accounts exist only to save your charts and reports.
