+I generated a report and the AI sections are empty.
If narrative sections fail, you are charged only the chart-only cost (5–15 stars depending on tier) and the difference is auto-refunded. You can always re-generate from the report page.
+Can I get a refund on stars I bought but did not use?
Refund requests for the underlying star purchase are governed by Lemon Squeezy and applicable consumer law. Email support@astroak.com first — chargebacks without prior contact may suspend the account.
+How do I delete my account and all my data?
Go to Account → Delete Account, or email privacy@astroak.com. There is a 30-day grace period, then permanent deletion (with limited retention for legal/tax obligations).
