Planets through the signs

What a planet does when it is placed in a given sign, read through classical dignity rather than through a list of traits. Venus and Mars first, twenty-four placements in all.

Every page states the condition of the placement before it interprets it. Venus in Aries is Venus in detriment, in a sign ruled by Mars; Mars in Capricorn is Mars exalted. That condition is generated from the classical dignity tables of the tradition, not written out by hand. The chart engine computes its own dignity upstream, and the two were checked against each other rather than assumed equal: they agree on every placement measured, including Mars in Taurus, which is the case that separates traditional rulership from modern.

This is a pilot. Venus and Mars are the two personal planets whose sign placement people look up most, and the remaining five classical planets are sixty more pages that should be justified by how these twenty-four perform rather than assumed.
