Synastry
Synastry is the comparison of two birth charts, reading the aspects each person's planets make to the other's and the houses they fall into.
It keeps both charts intact and looks at the contact between them: Venus to Mars for attraction, Saturn to a personal planet for structure and weight, and the house a planet lands in for the area of life it touches.
A composite chart is the other approach, merging the two into one; the two techniques answer different questions and our report carries both.
Frequently asked
Do you need both birth times?
For the aspects, no. For the house overlays and the Ascendant contacts, yes.
Can synastry say whether a relationship will last?
It describes dynamics rather than outcomes, and we frame every score as a description of tendencies.
