Do stars expire?
No. Your star balance does not expire as long as your account remains active.
Are stars a payment instrument or e-money?
No. Stars are non-transferable, Service-specific units of access to digital content within the Service. They are not vouchers, e-money, or payment instruments, and they have no monetary value outside the Service.
How are taxes handled?
Our Payment Processor (Merchant of Record) collects, reports, and remits VAT, GST, and sales tax in your jurisdiction. The displayed price already includes tax where applicable.
Can I get a refund?
Once a Report is generated, the stars consumed are non-refundable. For unspent stars, refunds may be available under EU and Turkish consumer law. See the Refund Policy.
What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit and debit cards, plus regional payment methods supported by our Payment Processor. The exact list is shown at checkout.
