About my exact birth time
My birth certificate says 2pm but my mom swears it was "right around lunch". my rising sign changes depending on which one i use. how do you even figure out which one is right?

Sounds like there's nothing more exact to go on. If there might be, it's worth digging through the old paperwork first. If not, we can work it out from big moments in your life, like getting married, moving or starting a new job.
